Clear Eyes® Tears Liquid Gel Lubricant for Moderate to Severe Dry Eyes
Lubricant Eye Drops
There are a variety of reasons for dry eyes. Healthy eyes depend on moisture from tears to constantly lubricate the eyes. Tears are generated by special glands around the eye that create an even coverage of the eyes. When there is an imbalance in the tears process, a person will develop dry eyes. This imbalance can be caused by aging or other physical factors.
Dry eyes can also be caused by environmental conditions that dry out the tear film, such as indoor dry air, or outdoors from wind and sun. Other conditions may cause dry eyes and should be discussed with an eye care professional.
The primary treatment for dry eyes is the use of artificial teardrops. There are 4 types of Clear Eyes Tears products, each one specially formulated for the different types of dry eye conditions, from mild to moderate to severe, and for different accompanying problems.

Uses
- For use as a protectant against further irritation or to relieve dryness of the eye.
- For the temporary relief of burning and irritation due to dryness of the eye.
Warnings
For external use only. Do not use if solution changes color or becomes cloudy.
When using this product:
- To avoid contamination, do not touch tip to any surface.
- Replace cap after using.
- Temporary blurring of vision may occur due to product viscosity. This should last only a few minutes after application.
Stop use and ask a doctor if:
- you experience eye pain
- you experience changes in vision
- you experience continued redness or irritation of the eye
- the condition worsens
- symptoms last for more than 72 hours
Keep out of reach of children. If swallowed, get medical help or contact a Poison Control Center right away.
Directions
Instill 1 or 2 drops in the affected eye(s) as needed.
Other information
- Store at room temperature.
- Remove contact lenses before using.
- Tamper Evident: Do not use if neckband on bottle is broken or missing.
